What is BB Bow Co.?
BB Bow Co. is a high-end monthly bow subscription. Each month, we curate three gorgeous bows using designer fabrics and send them straight to you.


How does a BB Bow Co. subscription work?
You can easily subscribe to our monthly bow boxes by clicking here. You choose whether you want one-size-fits-all nylon headbands or alligator clips. Then we send you three bows a month for three months that perfectly trend in style, color, and fabric. After three months, your subscription works on a month-by-month basis, with the option of cancelling at any time. We ship our boxes at the end of each month and you get to relax and eagerly await your happy mail!


What else do I get with my subscription?
Once you're a member of the BB Bow Co. club, you have access to our Insiders Shop where you’ll find other gorgeous bows and accessories to add onto your monthly box (think darling holiday themed monogram bows, bow ties for the little man in your life, etc.).


How much does everything cost?
BB Big Bow subscriptions are $30 per month, and BB Bitty Bow subscriptions are $20 per month. Both subscriptions come with FREE domestic shipping. International shipping is $6.00. You can add on whatever else you’d like, such as a second set of bows or other Insiders Shop accessories. Shipping costs do not change regardless of what else you add to your box!


How do I join?

Can I get more than one set of bows each month?
Yes! When you subscribe there will be a drop-down menu where you can select how many subscriptions you’d like to receive.


When can I expect my first shipment of bows?
We ship our bow boxes the last week of each month. Once your package has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.


Can I buy just one bow?
Since our bows only come in sets of three as part of our monthly bow box subscriptions, unfortunately you cannot purchase just one bow.

Can I change my personal information?
Absolutely!

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click “Manage Subscription”
  3. Click “View Details” under the Product Subscription box. From this page, you can edit the following:
    • Address and Shipping Information
    • Payment Information
    • Products in Your Subscription
    • Manage Upcoming Orders
    • View Transaction History

Can I have multiple bow subscriptions?
Yes! You can select multiple subscriptions and with different style preferences. Simply use the drop-down box during checkout.


Help! I forgot my log-in information!
No worries! If you forget which email address is associated with your account, email us at hello@bbbowco.com with your name and address and we will be able to help you out. If you forget your password, click “Forgot your password” under the log-in box. You will receive a link via email to reset your password.


How can I update/change my subscription?
Email us at hello@bbbowco.com with your name and the update you would like to make to your subscription and we will handle the rest! Please note, if you update your subscription AFTER the 20th of the month, updates will take effect the following month.


What do I do if the order I received is incorrect or damaged?
Eek! We are so sorry you received the incorrect order. Please email us right away at hello@bbbowco.com and we will make it right!


What do I do if I'm missing bows/accessories I added from the Insiders Shop?
We are so sorry you are missing something from your order. Please remember that add-ons purchased from the Insiders Shop AFTER the 20th of the month will not ship with your monthly subscription. If your purchase was made before the 20th of the month, please email us at hello@bbbowco.com so we can get it fixed right away.


Can I return my order?
Our bows are selected to perfectly compliment each month in style, fabric and theme so we don't offer returns. If there is an issue with your bows or you are unhappy, please email us at hello@bbbowco.com so we can get you taken care of!


Can I exchange my bows?
We do not offer exchanges, but if you’d prefer your next box of bows to be a different style (i.e. change from headbands to clips, or vise versa) please make edits to your subscription by logging into your account. All changes made before the 20t of the month will take effect for that month’s box. All changes made after the third Monday will take effect for the following month’s box.


Where are your bows and accessories created and produced?
Our bows are designed by Bailey Austin Bird (the BB in BB Bow Co.) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. All of our products are currently being made by hand, however expanded production/manufacturing will likely take place elsewhere in the USA in the future.


Should I choose headbands or clips?
This really depends on the age or your child and also on hairstyle preferences. If she’s more of a “hair down” kind of gal, headbands would be a great choice. We also recommend headbands if your little one is still cultivating her locks or even waiting for them to arrive all together :). Clips are a great choice for sturdy ponytail styles and the beloved top knot.


Can I buy bows from previous months?
Yes! We offer our bows in limited quantities for sale on our Single Bows page.


Can I choose the bows I get in my box?
Every subscriber receives the same three bows each month. Please feel free to check out our Insiders Shop to choose additional bows for your monthly box.


Tell me about your nylon headbands…
The headbands we use are made from stretchy nylon and they will fit infant all the way up to adult, while still retaining their shape after each wear.


Tell me about your alligator clips…
We use single prong metal alligator clips. We have found that this type of clip is most versatile for staying put in a variety of hairstyles.


If I lost a bow from a previous month’s box, can I get a replacement?
Totally. Check out our Single Bows page to purchase a replacement bow as a single item.


Do I have to sign-up before a certain day of the month to receive bows?
To receive the coming month's bows, you need to subscribe before the 20th of the month. All subscriptions made after the 20th of the month will begin the following month.

Insiders Shop

What’s in the Insiders Shop?
Once you become a member of BB Bow Co. by setting up your subscription, you will have access to exclusive, member-only add-ons such as monograms and Mommy and Me sets.


When can I expect my Insiders Shop add-ons?
Anything you add to your box from our Insiders Shop will ship in the next box you are to receive as long as you add them before the 20th of the month.


The add-ons I purchased from the Insiders Shop weren’t included in my package.
All add-ons need to be purchased by 20th of the month to be included in your coming shipment. If your add-ons were added AFTER the 20th of the month, they will ship in your next month’s box.

Gifts

Do you offer gift subscriptions?
You can purchase gift subscriptions under "Gift" on our website.


What if the person I'm buying a gift subscription for is already subscribed?
The recipient can email us at hello@bbbowco.com and we will apply the gift to their account.

Billing

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.


When will I be charged?
You are charged as soon as you sign up and on the 20th of every month going forward.


How do I update my billing information?
You can edit any credit card or other information by logging into your account, clicking on “Manage Subscription,” then “View Details,” then “Payment Information.”

Shipping

Where's my package?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your monthly box ships. Use that link to follow your package from us to you. Please allow up to seven days for your bow to arrive.


When will my bows ship?
We ship subscriptions during the last week of the month. Single bows will ship 2-3 business days after the order has been placed.


How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account and see your tracking info under “Fulfillment Status.”


My tracking number is showing that my box has been delivered, but I haven’t received it yet. What do I do?
Our packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow a day or two after the “delivered” date for your box to arrive. If you are still missing your package after that time, please contact us at hello@bbbowco.com


Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our international shipping rate is $6.00 per box.


How much is shipping?
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all subscriptions. Single bow and gift set purchases will have a flat rate domestic shipping charge of $3.75. A $6.00 flat rate will be added for all international subscriptions each month, and on all single bow orders. Purchases made from the Insiders Shop will be added to your monthly shipment at no additional shipping cost.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription after your initial three months of boxes by logging into your profile and clicking “Cancel my Subscription.”


What is your cancellation policy?
Our subscriptions begin as a three month commitment. From there, your subscription becomes month-to-month, with the option of canceling at anytime.
